Over-valued?

This one at face value looked quite attractive with a strong balance sheet. decent returns and a cash generative model. But the market has out-priced it and despite some decent interim results and prospectively record revenue and profits looking to be achieved for the full year to June, I think its significantly overvalued at the moment
