Can someone please explain the sens iro. the proposed funding in more layman's terms to me i.e. what does it mean that shares will be issued to "sophisticated investors" and will every existing shareholder be able to participate in the rights issue.Will this have a dilution effect on potential future earnings per share?

Sophisticated Investors is a company .. there will be a rights issue coming .. an yes this all dilutes current holdings ..

Dilutes future earnings yes, without the cash from issue there might not be ANY future earnings. Still less effect than loans. I'm staying in & take up my share of issue. This one is speculation- Simon will propably call it gambling!
