3D Secure Code

I want to buy online it it says I must have a 3D Secure Code. It's my first time experiencing this when buying online. Usually an OTP is sent to my cellphone, but that did not happen today. Please assist me on what to do.

I would also like to know how to get my 3D secure password. Been trying to call into the call centre but left so long on hold that my airtime ran out.
