Before using the OST platform it says I must change the password that was sent through email. To set up I must answer a question but currently on the question it says "N/A?" assuming that is the question, I've tried all the possible answers in the world. Any suggestions on how to fix this I've emailed, sent tweets and still no help from SBSA
