Yes, fund reversals can be requested.

 

Kindly note also that if the transaction wasn't banked by the merchant, it'll take 10 working days for the funds to fall off the system and be reversed back into your account.

 

Please provide your email address so that we may send you the dispute form.

Hi there
On the 15th of February someone bought a airline ticket for R6720 to spain with my credit card i noticed it on the 16th of feb 2023 and standard bank handed my case over to the fraud department.

On the 18th of Feb 2023 a ticket was bought again of R1900. They stopped my card and ordered a new one witch i picked up on the 21st of feb 2023. Is there a way to reverse the transactions.
