Good day

I trust you are well.

My mother (pensioner) recently opened a MyMo account to receive her SASSA grant. However, she just found out that she is not eligible for the grant. Can she still use her MyMo account if her family transfers money to her in place of her pension?

Your kind assistance will be most appreciated.

Thank you.
