Hi,

I have applied for my son's ID on the home affairs website.

The following is an extract from the mail i received. 
"Dear Sir/Madam

 

With reference to your ID 1st Issue application for ************ on 05 Apr 2024 submitted on eHomeAffairs.

 

In order to finalise your application you have to present yourself to a Home Affairs official for the capturing and verification of your Biometrics (Photo, Signature & Fingerprints)."

All the information has been submitted. As it is his first ID, there is, from what I can see, no payment due.

However, when i try make book an appointment for Standard Bank Canal Walk it does not work. 

Please advise further.
