Hello @SOL123,
The best way to resolve this will be via the nearest branch or contact center as there are security measures in place before you reverse this transaction. This will depend if the receiver haven't utilize the funds as yet in order for reversal to take place, and because you also happen to know the receiver make sure that there is enough funds on their account.
