ID and passport applications are processed on the home affairs website.
We only facilitate the payment process, and then you visit any of our participating branches for biometrics and collection.
Please visit the home affairs page at dha.gov.za.
The bank branches are also listed on the website.
You will be required to enter the dates manually and not have the information auto-populated.
Once done, dates should be available.
Please let us know if you are still having issues with booking slots so we can investigate it.

The MyBills option is not available on mobile app.
It is on Internet banking.
Once subscribed, your application form should filter through with the reference number generated from DoHA.
If the application does not filter through. Please refer to DoHA for assistance.
