Reverse a payment

Good afternoon, @YGreyling.

 

If the payment was processed successfully, you will be required to fill in a EAP recall form and request for the funds to be reversed.

 

If the account does not exist at the bank you paid in error, the funds will be reversed back into your account within 10 working days.

 

Should you consider reversing your funds, please note the below.

Turnaround time is 10 business days.

I have accidentally made a payment to the wrong beneficiary. The Service provider does not render any services from July 2022 to my home address.
Can you please reverse the payment and pay the amount into my checque account?
