It's also been 3 years that I've been trying to get a statement for my student loan, I've gone to the bank multiple times to change my email address, checking if they have the right email, the right cellphone number, I've tried calling the bank, I've tried emailing the bank. I've done everything that I can possibly think of, but nobody has responded. I'm not sure what to do anymore.
