If your Standard Bank Visa or Maestro Debit card is lost or stolen or you lose possession of the card report it immediately to us on 011 299 4520.  The best way to view your balance is via Internet Banking and the app if you have this activated on your side. Kindly also note to get your card replacement you will have to visit the nearest branch with your ID book and proof of address for further assistance.

Hi Radebejd,

If there are funds available in the account then you can get those funds by visiting the branch. Yes you will need to pay for the new card.
