How do you lot think I must upgrade my phone to use you app? I do not have the finances to afford an upgrade. I am a pensioner and on a fixed income. To make it worse I cannot get into your internet banking without using your stupid app which now does not work on my phone. Did any of you do a feasibility study before you decided to make the IOS app ver 14 and above only?
I am NOT impressed!!!!

Not working on my iPhone 6 either. No heads up. I’m abroad and have no access to a branch and depend on this app. No way of accessing my banking as it needs the app to scan the QR code

Standard Bank has pulled the plug on iPhone 6 and down when it comes to compatibility with the Mobile Banking App

In other words the Mobile Banking App won’t work with iPhone 6,IOS 12, and down

No warning,no communication from Standard Bank at all
