It sounds like the card you are trying to link now is not the one you initially registered with. The digital team needs to update your digital profile with your current card details. Please dial 0860 123 000, option 3, then 4 for assistance.

I changed phones and trying to log in my new phone and it keeps saying invalid credentials when I put in my card number amd pin. Please help
