Good day, @Paulus6780.

Thank you for reaching out.

You can now change the OTP from SMS to email thanks to new functionality.

To be able to switch it, you must be DigiMe'd.

There is a setting for "Manage OTP preference" in Internet banking.

You can switch back and forth between SMS and email.

Our staff will not be able to help if the email is not listed on any of your banking profiles.

front and back of your card.

-Copy of ID and passport.

letter confirming the email address you need to change the OTP's to and the card number you use for internet banking.

Our team will help you successfully after receiving all of your mail.

For prompt support, send them to [email protected].

Thank you for your response.
Now, another issue is that I have lost my bank card. However, I have a confirmation of banking details on my emails. I'm also in possession of my ID and password to prove my identity. Is there a way I can get help still?

Hi. May you please assist me in terms of changing OTP options. I'm currently living abroad and my simcard isn't working. I need to access my online banking app but, I'm unable to do so because the OTP gets sent to my inactive number.
