I think its fair results in a difficult market. R1 divi is a big bonus. Monticello casino insurance cost is a once off payment. Now it can ride this cash cow all the way to the next results set. Well run company. Online gaming in SA has been declared illegal, so I guess this won't hurt the business anymore. It's a monopoly, it's oversold and it's on its way up. Tobacco, alcohol and gambling always seem to do the trick in recessionary times.
