We're excited to inform you about a new functionality that allows you to change your OTP delivery method from SMS to email.
This feature, called "Manage OTP Preference," is accessible in your profile settings on both the mobile app and Internet banking platforms.
To utilize this option, ensure you're logging in with your QR code.
Here's how to access it. For Internet banking:
Navigate to your landing page.
Click on your user ID or preferred name.
Select "Profile and Settings."
Choose "Manage OTP Preference."
For the mobile app:
Go to the landing page.
Click on "More."
Select your user ID/email or preferred name.
Tap on "Personal Details."
Click on "OTP Preference."
