I am so surprised I lodged the complaint about money that I never knew about. If you look at my transaction in 2023 before June I was paying less than R200 per month but late last year I noticed that I am owing the bank over R10 000 which I lodged the complaint about and a matter was investigated without giving a detailed feedback and now the amount over R400 is debited from me
