Cannot book appointment for ID

Hello. I have filled in the Home Affairs application and paid for the ID/passport but now I am unable to book an appointment at Standard Bank Canal Walk. There are no appointments available in the selected date range. I have been trying for days. I've tried to phone the branch but there are no people who answer, it's an automated phone service only. Please help.
