Hello @Jolene17

Please be advised that international transfers take between 2 to 3 business days to clear. Kindly visit: http://community.standardbank.co.za/t5/Internet-banking/EFT-clearance-time/ta-p/523 for more information. Alternatively, you may forward your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "international transfer" in order for us to look into this for you.

Kind Regards,

Mandy

Someone made a payment to my Standard Bank account last Tuesday, from overseas.

But the money is not yet in my account, is this normal to wait so long?

The account details were definitely correct.

Thanks for your help,
Jolene
