Hi. I made an instant voucher yesterday. The atm didn't have enough notes available for requested amount. Then I went to another atm then it said the voucher has been withdrawn. Then I went to two atms. It still says it has been withdrawn. Please help. As it is rent money for someone. It's also not available on 'manage my vouchers'.
