Has anyone got some info on this share. Its just cautionary after cautionary from these guys for almost a year now.

A penny stock co that has conditionally acquired the rights to a property in Cape Town currently under construction; I live here and can tell you that the developers behind it are worth their salt. A lease is in place with a major hotel operator. Thnx El Torro....did the google search and looks fairly impressive. Hopefully more to come from this share...I think I'll hold on a little longer
