AFH was apparently over subscribed. Reading the SENS data that has been published, 496m shares were requested and only 431m shares were available. How does this translate to only 0.03% of these shares being allocated to OST? I get that it's discretionary but a 14% over subscription and only 0.03% allocation to standardbank doesn't make any sense! Anyone have insight into this?

I have raised query with standard bank as it feels as if we have been disadvantaged.hopefully they will reply and give an explanation as this does not logically add up.maybe they decided they prefer larger shareholders-less expense if fewer shareholders??guessing here
