Simon,Is there a website where one can see all the various up/downgrades given by financial institutions, and their changes?

not to my knowledge, in the sense fo this one (we do have broker consensus on the website, but that is teh average and then we have our own in house analysis). The bigger ones will be in the media (Fin24 have an article about this change).
