Hi Simon,. some friday afternoon stress,.. Cant access portfolio ,. home page,.. trade pages,.. trade status pages,.. Can you check that Cache issue with the IT guys plse ,. if you have the time,.. Rebooted my system,. deleted my cches,. etc etc,.. didnt fix,.. i have emailed customer care,. but i gather if you recall same issue you can sort it out simply,.. thanks,.. have a good weekend,..

Just check if you have some Windows/Microsoft/virus checker updates loaded. Then you may need to shutdown completely - these generally install on shutdown. Then try see if it works..
