Can someone tell me whether White Women qualify, in terms of BBBEE scoring under the Ownership section, in terms of the latest version, or ammendment, of the BBBEE Act. I have been told both yes and no. A reference would be superb.

I think that white women are only included in the HDI score for government tenders and nowhere else. Sorry, I don't have a ref.
