Barlow world's share is taking a real knock!

I know that Barloworld is a Solid long term investment and I am aware of the pending BEE share announcement but why is there such negative sentiment towards Barloworld. Is it because of this pending share transaction or that the automobile sales are hurting from the drop in demand? Anyone have any more information regarding this sudden drop over the last couple of weeks? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
