(New York Times) ..and Bush to announce details of a $100bn tax stimulus package this afternoon. Says the Democrats are on board.

my concern is any rate cut or aqnnouncement will take months to have an effect and with a wave of anouncements next after week there is still some down side- another 10 - 15 % cos the announcements not looking good - i say we in recession til june
