If FED Cuts rate

Becareful, the rally if any as a result of a rate cut may be shortlived, like 5 mins. Cutting rates stoke infation. It will be the second cut in the space of 3 weeks, not good.

the FX market is also in a flap over what to do. Nbody knows whether a 50bps cut has been factored in. The problem is that the FX market is looking more at the VIX and LIBOR than rates at the moment
