Insider Trading Investigation

Anyone have an idea by when the insider trading investigation is going to come to conclusions and if this might restore the shareprice to record highs? I bought this share after the crash but it seems to be going nowhere am I wasting my time? Somehow I have a good feeling about this share and if the investigation is going to be over with soon, we might see improvements. Also after december's spending spree verimark must have increased their earnings.

I don't know when the insider trading investigation is going to give its findings, but i think this share is good value at its current levels. it should go back to the over 200 cent mark when it's next results are released. Watch it climb back up and if the investigations prove nothing then it will definitely bounce back nicely.
