Anybody know anything about this share?

It's a diversified industrial with products in automotive and textiles, amongst others. Don't like it much, though. It has a low PE, but profits have declined in the last year and dividends don't really make up for it. There is always the chance that it is because of one-time expenses and that profit should rebound, but with the weaking automotive industry in general, I think the short term outlook may be stable or decling profits.
