Matter of timing...selling Telkom shares

The unbundling is set for 22 May and I would receive my Vodacom shares. Now, what point in time would be the "correct" time to sell Telkom and not disqualify one self to get V shares? Is it a particular "strike of the clock, say midday or is it 00:01 on the 23rd? Get my point?
