Re-look at this old destroyer

Guys, looking back at this one I see it has reached the sub 30 mark again (resistance last time at this price.) Anyone see a little retace from here again to the 26/27 as last time? Tech says slightly up but with this ceiling at around 30/31. Any one else see different...

I got in at 24, its been sold off waaay too much. Im sitting on this one for the long term. If it breaks 30, hopefully it'll hit 33-35.
