Can't really make out what most forumites here think,seems to be all gloom for them.For me the glass is half full!Don't want to spoil their fun of gloom,but really opportunities are being created by events.Still think the market will have one more run before winter. Residential props have taken a knock for sure,but commercial props are producing very good interest returns and likely to get better which will result eventually in capital growth.The place to be is in metals and coal, other than gold and the plats at the moment for capital at the moment.Still think local specialist banks such as PSG will never be available again at these low prices.Stay away from ordinary banks tillat least the summer.

Quite right exx having a good run and can still go much higher R140 ish before usual pullback...

heres my 2c worth for what its worth I can get close to 10 if not 10% leaving my money in the bank with the current volitility lots of investors going to leave money in banks,bonds & savings for now
