SENS Announcements?

Hello all, Does anyone know who manages SENS? Is this done by the JSE themselves? Is there someone in charge of sending out the messages?

Its done by the JSE

In the company itself, the Company Secretary, under authorisation by the board, and it goes to the JSE via the Sponsor of the listed company, and the JSE publishes it.
