SHF Share award

I just need some clarification. If I had to sell my SHF shares before the 4th December would I still get the dividend as LTD was listed as 27th November? To qualify for the capitalisation shares one has to hold the share on 4th December.

as long as you are holding at close of business on LDT, you get what's due .. when you buy or sell matters not ..
