I saw a report on TV this morning that the price of oil can decline to $30 soon due to the improving weather conditions in the USA and Europe. This, together with the possible additional tax on SOL points to short term (say 3 months) shorting opportunity. Any comments?

Additional TAX, you mean the windfall tax. SOL's PE ratio is quite low especially for a blue so i think that been factored in so if that tax is introduced I dont foresee the price dropping much OMO
