Small Cap gem with potential

Someone told me a year or so ago that this was a winner at 90. A DY of 5% is not superb if thats the basis of your evaluation. ISA as a small cap example is trading with a DY of just under 10, and BTI as a flipping big stock is just under 5. What else makes this a winner? am curious.
