Short term could be good - not sure. With all flooding (in Pakistan) drought in Russia and consequent food shortages and wheat exports diminishing, etc, it seems there could be food inflation, then possible interest hike. When interest rate goes up banks lend less and people cannot always pay loans so banks lose on two fronts and bank share prices could fall
