Telkom shares implications regarding the unbundling of VOD

Guys can you please assist me, what are the share implications for shareholders who own Telkom when Vodacom lists? Will the share price for Telkom go below 11000 cents when Vod lists? And what if i sell the Telkom shares after the LDT, will i still get the R19 special div? Fellow forumites what you recommend, should i still hold on to Telkom even after VOD lists or what? And what do you think Telkom's share price will be after the listing of VOD? Thank you guys

you can sell after LDT and get the dividend (remember 2 dividends, VOD and the 1900c) .. an yes you can expect TKG to fall by the values of the divs ..

Simon, is the special div calculated into the SSF price? The changces of Telkom dropping after the spec div is quite good. So if it's priced in, will it not be a good idea to short it the day before?
