John, looking back the recent SBK deal with the chinese ,it was not a bad deal for the shareholders considering the state of the market now. R136 for 11% of your holding.

Not to mention the capital injection of R16bn which greatly improves their rating...

What are the effect of the add. shares(11%) issued?

Pardon my ignorance samoa, but 11% additional shares have not been placed. Each shareholder "surrender" 11% of his/her shares at a price of R136 per share. I think this is what happened?

Each shareholder surrender 11% @ R136.00 ea. ICBC bought an add. 11% @ +- R104.00 for a total of +- 20 % shareholding.This is how I understand it.
