Latest news: where to vote - the EC bypassed strict rules, now one can vote at any polling station. BUT they ask, please rather vote where you are registered to avoid the huge admin problem they expect by allowing the alternative! Also: your vote will not count for the provincial representation (that is: only for the national assembly) if you vote outside the borders of the province in which your de facto voter's registration is recorded. Again: GO, VOTE!
