Warrants over SBK

What effect will the share buyback have on warrants issued over SBK? Surely the issuers have to sell the shares(11.1%) they hold over the warrants. Can anyone shed some light on this?

they will adjust the cover and strike price accordingly. exactly how will be announced by the issuers on Friday or Monday.
