What am I missing?

Lewis seems to be getting a bad deal ever since JD Group fell out of favour through Carte Blanche. The PE ratio is now under 10, the directors have been buying up shares and the NCA hasn't stopped their business model from working (over 60% of sales are to those who have already purchased from them and shown the ability to handle the payments). Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

Good volume 12 and 10 July, I bought and looking to the upside.Breakout by the looks of it.
