Why do we have to wait so long when we call OST.....?

Simon and all at OST, I really think you need to change your call centre system. I just tried to sell a SSF order and waited for 7 minutes before a broker answered! I lost 85 points in the process, which I shouldn't have lost. Please can you start a new system whereby callers can go automatically through to a broker?

fresh... thats why it's called ONLINE share trading... geared towards customers trading using the internet. There you can almost make trades instantaneously.

Why would anyone use the phone when you can use the net and trade quicker and cheaper. The phone trade system will soon die off.
