Hi Barry, i quite like your picks but what do you think about Coal of Africa? Many people have quite different ideas about it but if they reach the potential that they talk about it could be quite a good return, correct me if im wrong?

Hi Jean ,I don't usually follow coal shares as the return on them has not been great of late. How ever I see in Coronation's resource unit trust one of the three main shares is Exxaro , for its thermal content. So they know more about than I do ,as Eskom will need a greater supply in the future. CZA's price was once above R12 in the past on speculation. Small companies will obviously be given preference in contracts in future, it still likely to be some time before Escom gets its schedule ready and has better management in awarding contracts.
