If you mailed yourself the voucher, you can obtain the voucher number from the app by following the instructions below:

-Open the APP and log in. -Select "Transact" then "Send" -Select "Manage vouchers" -Select "Your vouchers"

All of the unredeemed vouchers you mailed to yourself, as well as the voucher numbers, will be displayed.

If you received it from someone else and misplaced the voucher number, they can use the same procedure to retrieve it. If the voucher was delivered through a Retailer, the sender must contact the Instant Money contact centre at 0860 466 639 and choose option 1 for self-service or option 2 to talk with a specialist.

- Choose "Your vouchers"

All the unredeemed vouchers you sent to yourself will appear along with the voucher numbers. 

If someone sent it to you and you lost the voucher number, they can follow the same steps to retrieve it. If the voucher was sent via a Retailer, the sender must call the Instant Money contact centre on 0860 466 639, select option 1 for self-service or option 2 to speak to a consultant.
