Also, the proposed solution of calling some standard bank number is not acceptable. I am overseas and calling is not an option.

I have the same problem. It wants to re-verify me, and then the app just crashes. It’s unusable now.

Please can the SB IT department give all these reports of the banking app crashing some attention. It’s been going on for days now and is not acceptable.

This certainly sounds like a frustrating experience.

 

Please close your mobile banking app and close it under background apps then launch it.

 

If you are using Wi-Fi, disconnect from it and use your mobile data.

 

Should you still get the same error message.

 

Please contact us and tell us what issues you are experiencing on 0860 123 000 option 3 then 4.

My banking app won’t let me in, it says welcome and then gives me the option to put in my details as if it’s my first time on the app. And when I do, it just goes off.
