Please be advised that you will need to visit your nearest branch with your ID book or contact us on 0860 123 000 to request that a payment be reversed. Kindly note that this needs to be done within 45 days of the transaction date.

Apparently they also can not help you, they gave me a number to call. So I will be switching banks. As standard bank can not even assist you with a simple payment reverse. REALLY??????
