Debit order stopped on app due to covid relief

Please can the bank call me to reinstate this debit order? I received approval from Westbank but was reluctant to believe they would not take the funds, as they did the month before after approval of covid relief, so I stopped the debit order. I cannot get through to your call Centre, please contact me.. Tammy 083 793 3866. Thanks
